HR has time to do anaylsis.. this is BS.. STS is the happening happiest place to save the world
@mak, that is one way. The application system spits out reports of who applied for what jobs.
How will manager know unless you tell that you are applying
One of the factors that is putting people on the RIF list is applying for other jobs within the company. Unfortunately, it is interpreted as you not wanting your current job. May vary by SBG.
