Is anyone else having issues with the Sears board where it isn’t updating or posting new content?

My stuff is getting posted, but with long and unpredictable delays. That seems to be happening to everyone else, too.
@dei+15yIJRBW if site mods find you trolling, being rude to others or breaking any other site rule, they nuke everything you ever written and ban you from posting again.
Eddie's tried nastygrams in the past, like to Reddit moderators. It'd be completely in line with his previous behavior. His agents keep on trying to post nonsense and false flag posts to try to discredit the board, but obviously all the really poorly written misinformation and fake and really pathetic whining of confirmation! confirmation! links! links! on a rumors board just makes the more credible posts ring all the more true. This site has proven itself a thousand times over, despite the poor attempts to plant fake information and then arguing with sock puppets. No one believes Eddie's butt buddies, no one.
Yes, but ... why are our posts and comments on the Sears board not appearing in a timely manner, or at all? Did ESL's lawyers object to these posts?
Sears and Kmart are a mirror reflection of all things Eddie Lampert, aren't they? A shadow unloved and unmaintained for decades falling apart through grandiose incompetence never listening to the common sense, obsessed with pointless wasteful minutiae that alienates and irritates all, dying its last breath, all potential bankrupted, dismantling the work of giants, while screwing over everyone who trusted him.
Edward Lampert purchased failing kmart and turned it around. Then he made his first mistake and bought failing bankrupt Sears.
After taking it over he made some money as the stock soared. However after diving into the books he realized the situation was far worse than it appeared. Yes, sears stores were clean and nice but they were just A facade. He poured billions of his own money into the two companies trying to make it work.
In order to stave off bankruptcy and save 200k American jobs during very difficult times he formed another company, Seritage - in Seritage he took more of his own money and gave it to sears in exchange for very tired worn out sears and kmart stores, which he then rented back to the company for a rent way below market rate (like $4 a square foot instead of $16-$20)
In so doing sears was able to keep many ungrateful associates employed and order more inventory etc. even though he lost a fortune, he did it because he cared. Eventually some of the stores were closed and rented to others because the stores continued to fail, and Eddie knew he would only had enough money left to save some.
Eddie Lampert is not getting rich from all this, he already was rich and would be even richer had he fired all of you years ago and liquidated.
His mother used to work retail and so he wanted to honor her and try to keep the Grand old Sears name alive. All he did was lose Billions, yes he will be ok, but don’t say he got rich from it, not even close.
@2tkf+15yIJRBW Filing Chapter 11 again would do nothing for the company and the person below said "Transformco" and not "Sears Holding". Also, have you seen the trouble the company has been in? Its over.
Some companies get to file Chapter 11 more than once (Radio Shack, Payless Shoes). Also, technically Transformco is a different company from Sears Holdings.
@2ubm+15yIJRBW That sounds about right...guessing they are probably going to declare Chapter 7. Can't do another Chapter 11.
TransformCo is in bankruptcy talks with its advisors, and is in information lockdown.
I believe some objectionable content was posted; the moderators are probably screening posts before allowing publication.
Sure seems that way. Stuff I post disappears, or gets posted a day or two late, without explanation.
Eddie probably peeved the that people are leaking that theybills haven't been paid on time, if ever for a year and siccing legal on it.
Yep, it's been doing that for a while now. They only allow certain content through, while immediately deleting others. I'm not sure why, or what criteria they're using in deciding what stays up.
