My manager and director have started close door meetings and their is lot of anxiety in my team including me. Is there any news layoff in AWM?

AWM Ops is currently going through an org transformation over the next few years. They plan on reducing HC by over 500 by end of 2021. If you are being asked to automate, your job is most likely at risk.
