At esurance, our claims structure is (was):
Adjuster-unit manager- assistant claims manager,
Claims manager, and then director.
Which of these roles, from what others have heard, are at greatest risk for reduction?

By your logic everyone at Allstate should be fired as well since the company has dropped in ranking. Do you seriously believe that front line employees are responsible for a company's overall performance?
Honestly everyone in esutance should be let go. Ever since Allstate purchased the company it has lost tens of millions of dollars and never turned a profit. Why bring over people from the failed company.They couldn’t make it work there why bring them here
Wow that's a lot of managers! I don't know what roles will be up for elimination, but I can share the Allstate claims structure.
Adjuster.....Claims Service Leader (CSL).....Regional Claims Leader (RCL)......Claims Field Director (CFD)
