How is that the fulfillment merchandisers will receive an entry level pay for $15 an hour yet the original merchandisers has yet to see any raise what so ever? How? This is unjust. Merchandisers do so much and work hard. I hate this company.

Try being a long term associate and still below the "cap" but associates who started recently are making close / exactly what you're making.
Merchandisers need a raise! $15 an hour isnt too much to ask. I’ll be damn if i am helping the fulfillment team once they get into place. Cmon Sams and Walmart, wake up!!!
My advice. When the fulfillment team starts at 15 dollars per hour and you as a merchandiser are required to help because they are short one day soon remind you manager that that job pays four more dollars than you are currently being paid. So therefore you will be unable to do that job unless remunerated accordingly.
The Fullfillment team is getting $16 an hour at our club. Yet, us merchandising associates haven't seen a raise and we literally do every job in the club.
In my club merchandisers have about 5 different jobs. Merchandising, runner, lot attendant, maintenance, and receiving. And the entry level pay is just $11 an hour to do the work of 5 people. That’s why I got out of that position and moved to produce. Yeah it’s a bit of a pain in the a** sometimes but at least then I’m only doing a one man job and I get to actually stay in my department all day
Yeah merchandisers are pretty much dragged through dirt. Don’t see how they do everything and still no pay raise. This company will never admit it but they should have never got rid of the nighcrew. This move have been a disaster since day 1.
