Oh Please.....you are an employee at will that will be outsourced to China, India, Mexico, Romania, Vietnam or HON will ship in a HIB visa holder. Either drink the koolaid, document your core duties for your replacement, give us back any raises with interest, and login 20 hours a day, and adopt a 6 day 12 hour a day work ethic. Losers need not apply as HON maintains a static growth mode for past decades.
