I’m not sure how other locations have been, but customers been coming in wearing masks daily. I’ve only seen one a–hole walking around without one.

It's a real sh– show at Macy's
Anythougjts or here say if Macy's will open for Thanksgiving ??? They need to give us a break .
It makes no difference. If you look at the documentation... colleagues, managers, nor security is allowed to make a customer wear a mask, or ask them to leave if they refuse. (Ridiculous) It's all a show for publicity. Protect the brand/public image 1st, safety 2nd.
