Just curious if the MTM that took the OVM position got a raise in pay? Please answer yes or no.

As usual, the base level store workers got nothing. And those who took the captain roles did get pay cuts.
Not true about those in a supervisor level position keeping their rates of pay to go to Captain! Our former VM stated that he was told he had to take a significant pay cut when he lost his v m position and was offered the captain job. He turned them down flat and took the severance. I also know an ASTS who decided to take the captain position for AST and she is losing pay as well.
Additionally, in doors that laid off the Visual Manager, many visual associates got bumped up to Visual Captain and did not get raises either. And it’s a huge amount of work.

But floor leads, and supervisors that were retained as captains or business managers all kept their pay rate/salary. Some with an increase and ability to make even more being on commission. STM’s still got their annual bonus.

no. Said something about a bonus structure but had no details and I haven't heard another word about it.
Really!? No one is receiving raises this year!
NO!!!! No one at store level got raises. The million dollars went to those at the very top. We just get told to be "thankful" we even have a job.
