HLE is a mess and leadership has been terrible. VPs must think they’re on vacation because I haven’t seen them put in the work to help anyone do anything. Must be nice to hang out at home for the past 4 months. Things are starting to crumble. West is not the best.

The VP's are simply brainwashed slaves repeating what they are being told by Paul Stone. They can't think for themslves or dare speak against Paul. Location visits are simply for show. Makes them feel like they are part of th true working class at the locations but thy have no clue. Such a joke. Everyone i activelt looking for a new job because we just can't take it anymore.
being based in a location in Europe I don't know what all these abbreviations are, but it sure sounds like that there are layers & layers of managers?
West took a turn for the worst when the new VP took over two years ago. No personality and doesn’t care about anyone other than himself. Lost without a ZGM. Came to our area and didn’t even visit all the GMs. I wish I could tell everyone the things coming out of his mouth. Numbers, numbers , numbers ...no culture
The west took a turn for the worst years ago! Covid just highlighted how incompetent the leadership is in HLE. GM's and higher has been skating by for the last few years. Time to hit the road.

Did you miss the memo that the company is bankrupt? Not like things are going to get better as long as COVID is a thing, no matter how good or bad management is. All the company can do is man the lifeboats until a vaccine comes a long or until it disappears entirely.
