@4kay+165mbcyg You’re fine then. I know a girl who is out on leave and they called to tell her she was either getting severance or going back to the phones as an advocate (she cannot apply for another role since she’s out on leave)

Time and attendance being combined to serve SA and JB. JB in trouble counting on SG and SA as directors, bloody awful.
Time and Attendance did not get eliminated. A lot of them lost their position though. They kept like 50% of them on for now. A lot of center Ops got offered severance too and I think it was 2 weeks for every year but not sure.
I can confirm at least 6 or 7 supervisors in Wilmington got cut and offered rep positions or severance. It was a rough day Thursday.

It's not a lie. Its impacting leadership, customer service supervisors in Rolling Meadows is what we know "for sure"!.... They were asked not to share. They should get rid of most Senior Managers there! The best ones have left and their leadership is not what that center used to be. All those that play politics are left. It's a reorganization and redistribution that will require less leaders for front line

No layoffs mean no layoffs. You aren't being let go you are being reassigned. Stop lying if you quit its because you didn't like what they offered you.

It is true. All leaders were sent an email stating that teams will be shifted around the first week of August and that all leaders need to email their teams to introduce themselves. It’s simply being positioned as redistributing teams to be by function, not geography. So they’re covering the fact that a lot of 800 (now called “service”) sups are being cut. Several per geographic location
Some Center ops folks also being eliminated. And some on special projects are told that they no longer have a permanent position.
As you’ve noticed it’s just the Americans that are pushed out.
