Hi all, just interested in knowing how many sales captains and how many support captains do your stores have. Are there signing, pricing and merchandising captains and when are the changes effective? Thanks in advance !

My store doesn't have support captains. Just shoe and fulfillment captains I was Receiving Manager and my position was eliminated and I will be a sales manager all support leads are now just regular associates. Every store has different models. The OVM will oversee Receiving in my store.
What about fragrances associate. No stock, coming in since March. Manager asking to open credit, but no customer in view. Mall is completely shut down.....except for M.no access to the mall.
It's a total ghost town all around. Forget about making commissions. Just wondering, are we going to shut completely in spring 2021?
Nothing started on 7/1.
Every hourly change is truly effective on 8/2. You might be doing the job already but it's not effective until 8/2.
Yes our Jewelry "Lead" did lose his assignment there, he's having to take a regular FT sales job elsewhere in the store. Going to Shoes! All sales and support leads lost their lead status, some will become Captains, bsone won't. Same for the old My Shop Captains, that title goes away too.
This is happening everywhere.
Every store's team is going to be different. It just depends on what your store is budgeted.
Yes, jewelry leads didnt get cut since they are not store leadership.
What about jewelry captains? Do you still have those?
I was a lead-all leads & SS given severance, no captainships offered to anyone except VM and RTM. Those got captain positions as well as pay reductions. The 2 sales mgrs got to keep their payrate, but changed to Customer Experience Mgrs. Our MTM became MBA w/no increaae in pay, and our OP/APM became OVM with no pay increaae.
You don’t have selling floor Or support captains? All lead are now captains on top of the my shop captains who are just captains now. Your store doesn’t have these captains?
We have 2 captains, visual and receiving. And like all new positions, they began on 7/1.
