I've read that the test is based on Adept 15 or something, but does anyone know / is willing to share the actual questions you had? Thanks!

I looked at my notes and it is E and above, I was mistaken.
I was told it would be different from Band E and above not band d.
The difference is between employee band D and above or below band D, otherwise they are the same, this was part of the brief given by HR several weeks ago.
They are different depending on your role, and if you share you will be termed no severance pay. Sorry
