Today 90 layoffs here at Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc. Engineering totally disbanded.

Yep, true info here. Most of key engineers were laid off last week together with many other experienced folks. Olomouc site is like a ghost town now and is dead in the water. It will no longer be capable to make and ship complex engine parts IMHO.
Sorry to hear CZ is going through the same thing the USA and others countries have been going through, wouldn't wish that on anyone.
It was a mix of engineers supporting Engines and manufacturing engineers that Engines didn't directly interact with. The numbers are staggering, about 90 of 220 let go (40%+). Some very talented people selected, sad to see them go.
Were these the people who supported product for Phoenix Engines, or were they the people who moved to Olomouc from Brno? Very sorry to hear this.
