Nothing will change the current events. But excersize will make you feel better. No matter what happens, this is not permanent. You/me have a choice to live well or drown in sorrow. We/me need to be positive and support each other. Don't lose sight of the fact that we need a vaccine more than anything. Getting through COVID 19 will correct most of what is wrong with the economy. Remember your bible verses.

I was getting ready to retire but HELL NO! I am going to ride the sinking ship and force then to lay me off.
Those if us that survive the layoffs will have double the work !
