The leadership at least on the retail side is incompetent from the top down. why are we getting Verizon emergency management notifications to tell us to watch an up to speed about our quarter results. How is that an emergency? because they want people to watch their propaganda videos. All smoke and mirrors lollipops and rainbows.. with pre-scripted questions for leadership.
At the beginning of the pandemic I can see using the VENs system to notify employees of changing work conditions. That time is over. I provided my personal contact information to Verizon with the understanding it would be used to contact me in an emergency. Not for Krista to push her bull sh–.

Customers are agitated and p-ss-d off with Verizon. Verizon's arrogance that they are the biggest and the best as T-Mobile is literally knocking on the door.
Contracting-out call centers to the lowest bidder in the US and overseas with low-quality employees that do not provide a great customer experience.
Reseller locations lie through their teeth everyday. Making up promotions telling people to call customer care for waived activation.. at the same time customer care is trained not to waive any activation.
This is a great customer experience? This is one team? Wake up.
