Wrongful termination and forced performer into the NSI bucket. Provided PIP with no details how to perform in 3 months when years of accomplishments and deliverables were voided. Encourage We are ExxonMobil leadership behaviour but failed to demonstrate as a leader.

Don’t forget the link below. If the management team didn’t just go back to their old behaviors after paying millions on consulting fees to become “better” maybe listen to what other had to say this would have turned out different. They could have made better decisions and looked at other ways to reduce head count. But hey our people are our most important asset only when things are looking good.

Now it’s save your self and your friends and throw those you don’t like under the performance system bus.

MLRP document already posted.

This CEO is a lying sack of sh–. They are forcing people out who have 20 years with the company who are disabled, but not retirement eligible. These employees will lose their medical insurance ASAP, will not be able to draw their pension for years, and likely will not be employable because disabled. They are breaking the law and they figure they can get away with it because the economy is tanking. It was in the plans since April and the CEO says in May no layoffs. F—ing liar. And yet his compensation and other executive compensation did not decrease. I feel sorry for the loyal, hard working employees who are getting tagged for the botton 8% without any clue in advance.

One hypothesis will be right from the beginning? Rational question is how does someone improve performance (in someone else's eyes) in just 3 months. Consider that all odds stacked against to ensure status quo doesn't change
