So is this now do as I say not as I do? I was under the impression the old T-shirts were to be sent back and not to be kept or worn anymore. So we get to use these horrible Chuck Norris uniforms is the dead of summer and you rock a Tee? Great leadership!!!!

My entire store is wearing tshirts. Customers are still 1:1 ratio, we are constantly going outside to greet the customer, and having sweat run down your back and sides from 90* heat is not a good look. Talk to your GMs and see if you can wear tshirts and just have denim at the store in case someone shows up. With Everyone (but us) working from home, their won't be any visitors anyways. Hopefully you have a good leadership team like I do and they sympathize with you.
People should talk about this in the Pulse survey. Let’s see if the company listens to the people. But it would make sense they will change to a t shirt come winter.
I can already hear DM and above say I am sick of hearing about these uniforms, as they sit at home still. It’s going to be a shame if my get lost in a boating accident on the Hudson.
The denim has been and always will be a poor choice.
I've never seen a DM or above ever wear denim! We have SMs working in NJ not wearing denim because the DM gave them permission to wear t shirts because they're outside greeting customers outside the door!so do you believe that they are out there in 90 degree heat for their 7 hour shift! No the reps are out there just as often,Wearing denim. When asked" oh we can wear t shirts now " they barely gave me an answer and looked at me with disdain. The morale problem in the stores are going to increase because of these arritudes by these people, who a majority have no retail management backgrounds Some retraining has to be done at The DM,Gm, and levels starting with employees safety!
I wonder what would happen if I just bought some of the shirts they promote and just have that on. If Mr. Dunne can do it why can’t we. 2.0 my taint. I guess if I want to promote it will either help or k–l my chances to become a SM.
Yeah I was really p-ss-d about that one
For real. Take a serious look at our uniforms. Your front line employees. Either start wearing the denim, or get rid of it.
