I come in pretending to work. I dont give a ham anymore. I normally work over to stay on top. 4:45, I am out. 40 hours is all you getting. I aint working myself and getting pending down and I dont know if I am getting canned. Sorry, not sorry!!
It’s getting weird out here, lots of ignoring emails (more than usual), very pissy coworkers, definite lack of effort is visible in claims (sloppy work, missed items, obviously rushed), very little communication from anyone regarding the future. I go days without even talking to coworkers. Customers are picking up on it too. No one knows what is going to happen and I think this waiting game is going to destroy morale for years, if it ever recovers
Still working hard for our customers because they deserve it and still accepting my paycheck which pays me to perform.
I have noticed the email volume is down, and no one is working hard on any project
I know that a lot of very good agents are diversifying as fast as they can because they can't tell what management's direction is. It is hard to tell what they are thinking in Northbrook because they say one thing and do another.
Allstate is a fortune 100 company that has lost it's direction! They are not as nimble as they think they are so they are confusing everyone with what the plan is.

I'm trying to stay positive & keep working hard but boy is it tough sometimes. The stress of the Sword of Damocles over my head is getting to me.
