That said, I am still calling bee ess on this big “thing” in September.

I think the rain here refers to major Xerox moves coming ... a breakup of the company being announced.
Every couple weeks "the sky is falling!" is posted.
There will be no hammer. Layoffs will continue to happen with a trickle.
I think this post is a fun way to say that everyone expects the hammer of layoffs to come down in September. We all know it is coming, just a matter of when. I am surprised there hasn’t been much action yet to be honest - which means, something big is in the works.
