I heard today from a reliable source that Cisco intends to sc-ap the GTAM model because Inside Sales are cheaper and GTAM are not individual contributors but overlays.

Funny how they censored the whole word because it contains "c-ap" ;-)
It's the inside sales who are the overlay. GTAM owns the legal goal.
Inside Sales are not able to run accounts (yet). They are cheaper for a reason.
