UP spends countless hours devising plans to make sure the agreement unions stay divided, thats a fact. Covid 19 for instance, why is it only the mechanical who are required to wear masks? Thats just a small example of what goes in behind the curtains. UP worst fear is that the Unions get along, its divide and conquer. Now there plan is to divide the Carmen union from the inside so they can eventually het rid of it. If your a current employee take a minute and really watch what is going on.

Maintenance of way is required to wear them as well. At job briefing, in vehicles, on machines that require 2 operators, we have to stager bus seats while wearing masks, etc.
CDC doesn’t have the authority to do anything but recommend.
Us TE&Y have to wear masks too. Inside the carryall vans and inside the offices, and outside our room at the hotels...
Same here. Masks are to be worn by everyone if you'll be within 6 feet of anyone. That's a systemwide rule, even though though CDC has only recommended them and not required them.
