The last one, which absolved asset teams and dispersed everybody's responsibility, was so poorly planned and communicated that a whole 10 months later there is still confusion as to who is supposed to be doing what. Now, we have more layoffs. Guess how many Vice Presidents and upper management, the ones leading this company as it went belly up, got let go? If you guessed zero, you know how it works around here. It will be business as usual going forward at CRC. Remember, the goal isn't for the company to succeed, it's for the guys at the top to get paid.
