Toxic culture
If it was easy to find out what the culture of a company is like before accepting a job offer, I probably would've never applied here. This is certainly the most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. Why is it so toxic here?
Is CRC still a reputable company?
They used to be one of the best? What about now?
Why are so many people leaving at such a high oil price?

After years of cuts and pay freeze, with $90 oil we get almost no bonus? Higher paygrade groups got a weak 3% bump, lower paygrade groups got 5% (and good for them, they deserve it!) It was less than inflation. I understand in hard years, we all... — read more
Horrible work environment
And even worse company culture. I admire people who can continue to work here. They can take more than I can. I give up.
