So Major Tom got to know the results of his assessment and it was "so accurate and reflective" and we will never know the specifics of ours...That's really telling

Where are TW’s handlers? No way the officers would think TW would say the things he did. Rattle on about NOTHING and danced around direct questions. It would be best for the employees to NOT be subjected to TW GS EB. Show the employees some respect and STFU. We don’t need anymore BS calls like yesterday

You could have emailed the work place disability and asked them about it. If you read the instructions it said to email if you had issues and they would make other arrangements .

They didn't properly discuss this with legal...I am on the spectrum (Asperger's). ADA law states that I am not suppose to be evaluated using a behavioral tests since I disclosed the nature of my disability to Allstate and due to the nature of my disability it is illegal for them to use it as a means to evaluate me.
So in others words, Allstate broke ADA law when they made me take the assessment.

I’m not so sure that is the case. If you passed or failed why not show the results if this is what 35% of your career hinges on. Believe the assessment is just a sham, by not releasing the results they can lay off who they want. My past 2 reviews were better than expected and my mid year was ahead of goal I also consider myself somewhat intelligent so would find it hard to believe that I would “fail” a personality/IQ test. So if I’m let go it would be solely due to salary dumping.

It’s simple. The feedback is, if you keep your job you passed the assessment. You lose your job means you failed it.

He implied that the assessment can be used to “improve your skills.”
Does he even realize that the company is providing NO results to individuals????
