A couple friends worked there and said that the program that was initiated after his departure was called ‘back to the basics.’ Literally walking back all of Glenn’s changes. When he initially came to Allstate I was in a training group with several LM staff whose response to my asking about him was, “y’all are f’d”
All I want to say to all of this is after 30 years with this company I was bullied for the last three years of my 30 years. I had three different bosses much younger and all bullies. One gentleman and two ladies. I say that respectfully but have a different word in my mind. They made my last three years torturous. A good friend and the doctor said the best thing that ever happened was you were laid off in February 2020.
Let’s put it this way, they had a literal party after he left.
