Thread regarding Coca-Cola Co. layoffs

Coke S---s!

Feel so bad for those close to retirement and other employees. Executives only care about their millions. So ridiculous they just spent millions remodeling the Atlanta complex.

Look...Coca Cola executives decided to not let a good catastrophe go to waste and decided to use the COVID downturn as an excuse to get rid of excess headcount.

If they were honest they would just say so.

Soda pop loyalty only goes from the bottom up.

@Qnrs+16Iwt169 aka Coca Cola loyalist - Dude, how much were you paid to write that post? the senior executives care about two things....their careers within The Coca Cola Company and their families (in that order).

Clumsy post. Pour a little logic on those feelings and call me in the morning. No consideration that a global pandemic created some financial headwinds for the company? ...Stay with me, Anonymous...So, there's this stuff called revenue and profitability...it's the stuff Coke must earn BEFORE they're able to pay you a salary. KO's business isn't generating $$$ like it did 7 months ago, so they are adapting to this new operating environment. ...and part of that includes headcount reductions so they can afford to keep associates such as yourself on the payroll. You seriously don't get that? And PS. ...About those "greedy executives."...Dude, they have FAR greater risk of getting laid off/fired than you ever will, and MOST if not ALL of them care about the humans in their organizations, particularly the ones who's jobs were impacted, so as I said, clumsy post. Deeply uninformed.
