Turbomachinery group

How are the turbo machinery and gas processing group in Houston doing? Any layoffs?? With lng prices so low, just curious if they are affected.

I work at the Jacksonville Valve site. It's a train wreck. Always has been. Terrible leadership. Poor training, lack of training actually. Went from 500 plus employees down to around 190. People in charge of areas that have little to no knowledge of their jobs. Constant NCR's . Can't even imaging the $ on material sc-apped through the years. I'm assuming when you say sold, you mean closed and moved. They would have to sell all the valve lines to make a sale. With the Ex and current GE people , no wonder why GE is in the position they are in . Add the employees that came from the other valve companies that GE bought, you have tribal knowledge and arrogance. Management is pushing retirement. They don't care about this place. They are just trying to finish up . I'm expecting the worst here in the near future.
