Has anyone heard that bonuses for this year are tied 100% to hitting Carepass sign up targets. I haven't had my mid year review yet, but was told by another manager with high my store health, Mcc and sales to budget that because they aren't hitting Carepass target, no bonus. Looks like Larry is going to make $50 million in 2020

Your bonus pool will only be 2k for the year? What's your volume?! My actual is already 22k. Store will be around 26 million in sales this year
Unless I’m wrong 2.50 percent of guessing 2000 bonus objective equals $50
If you hit 126% of ytd goal, you'll make $500. Cancellation rate is extremely low and customers can only "re-sign" up once. I love the negativity about taxes like that's CVS's fault. Would you rather have 60% of $500 or 100% of $0?
158 percent of zero=ZERO.
Care pass = scam pass company is selling $10 coupons for $5. I smell the stench of desperation, funniest part is I will bet $100 to $1 that only 50pct at best are solid sales that actually stay on carepass program more than 3 months most sign up cancel and sign up again. This company is clueless!! I laugh at their desperation.
Current YTD for my store is 158% . So basically if I hit 3 more CarePasses I hit goal for the year. Where are y’all seeing this incentive?
It's a separate bonus up to a Max of $500. There is a breakdown of what % of your bonus pool you get based off how much over 100% of target you are for the year.
- e 126% of target for carepass for the year gets you 2.5%
If u get your target u get 500.00
After tax it’s 300.00
That’s itv
Mid years were due this past Friday.
