Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

FB doesn’t trust you! Spying in full swing

FB talks a big game about Fiservs clients but his level of employee spying should scare all employees. He is doubling down on wanting to know everything you do. Work life balance and mental health will be a struggle when FB creates an environment where everyone feels like they need to be online and available all the time. He doesn’t care about people irregardless of the commitments he puts in the market. People are a means to end for this guy. Everyone is expendable. Why does he insist on creating a fear based environment? Par for the course these days with US leadership.

Never thought of it like that, but too apparent at NepoServ at this point.

Spying with their strategic partnerships. It's more than Sapience if you don't know about FB and PC history at J.P. Morgan (2013). There are several other strategic partnerships with Palantir, which Palantir boasts of having First Data (now Fiserv) as a client in their financial reports dated 2020. PC got kicked out of JP Morgan in 2013, FB magically became CEO of a failing company in 2013, PC magically becoming CTO in 2013, Palantir magically having Fiserv as a client since 2013.

@sjeq+16Ji3st9, isn’t 1936 the year when Fiserv’s core technology was built?

MODERN TIMES 1936 - Chaplin takes 5 min from the assembly line, goes to the bathroom for a smoke and INSTANTLY the CEO appears on a huge screen telling to GET BACK TO WORK ..... this sort of thing has been around for a long time.

Don't forget about the FD Palantir implementation that now monitors the org:

  • Punch in and out times and deviations from norm
  • Lunch duration and deviations
  • Idle keyboards
  • Idle time on calendars showing you're not working 50+ hrs/week
  • Skip level contacts (emails, calls) to flag those who are "violating chain of command" and "going rogue"
  • Other activities indicating you are a nonstandard employee

It’s on US machines but not collecting data yet. That starts in January of next year.

Sapience installed auto-magically on 15,000 domestic workstations and is reporting. Why would it be resident if not doing anything.

Leaders that spend time spying on their teams are admitting they aren’t qualified to hire properly. I remove leaders that can’t team build. Don’t blame the team

To the poster on universal spying - well Microsoft and other firms have products but Fiserv NEVER had spying protocols before First Data came in. So ...... after the merger, spying began big time.

Yeah CyberArk records your screen when you use escalated privileges, and Crowdstrike records all your key strokes.

There is more than Sapiance loaded on your computer that is spying on you, btw.
