After the performance reviews Noble will continue to lay-off?

I cannot wait for CVX managers and policies to take over! Noble s—s man. Noble has always treated their employees like theyre expendable.
Is anyone working on one of the transition teams? Are these CVX folks thoughtful? Jerks? Clearly some things will be different because CVX is likely a giant corporate machine, but at least it isn’t XOM buying us.
3 outcomes- 1) no job on day 1 ( 5%), 2) "temp" CVX job on day 1 that will last some period of time 30, 90, 180 days- CVX will make that call, 3) chosen few who know from day 1 they have a non-transitioning job. The the rest of the 95% that may wish they get offered a position beyond the completed transition period. CVX is going through its own restructuring independent of the merger. If you hold a position duplicated within the CVX org, dust off your resume it probably going to be needed. Merry Christmas. Noble is but a grain of sand in the Chevron hourglass.
October 5 we are CVX with CVX bosses. CVX will dismantle and reorganize. Noble will not exist. Thanks Dave.

EHSR in all locations? Wouldn’t make much sense to clear Israel and DJ staff. Unless they want to staff with consultants.
Well that would be the true Noble way. Drag it out for 2 more rounds so everyone can sit around wonderIng what their fate will be. Bettering Peoples Lives!
And huge chunk of IT
Most of the EHS&R & major projects will be let go
Sounds like a small number of layoffs will come immediately with the merger, and Then chevron will make its own cuts the end of oct
