Anyone have any info on when the job regrading (specifically pay bands) and subsequent job description updates will take place with HR? We were told sometime in August, but clearly that didn't happen...

I've heard the job grades will be changed and rolled out through November. Our team has still not been regraded, but I have had friends who have already been regraded.
Are salary changes effective immediately?
It’s already started happening. I know some people in tech who have already gotten their new grade. No idea when it will be complete but it’s not happening at once.
