Krista not sure how you or your leadership team can say please take the pulse survey we VALUE feedback. Well if you value feedback why does vzw keep making retail employees wear uniforms we do not like and have made very clear we do not like. You decided to send leaders an email justifying our current selection of attire rather than step up and make change. You mandate masks for us to wear?? What if I want to wear my own mask?? Why should I wear the mask vzw says I have to wear? What if I feel more comfortable in my mask?? You sent us rags that we had to make into a mask and now ur making me wear ur grey red vzw checkmark?? Idk about you Krista. A lot of employees feel the same. You say one thing and then do another.

We are currently in a pandemic. People are losing their jobs and this is what you want to complain about. Grow the F up.

And now the employer of choice is mandating the mask that we wear in the store. The gray mask with the Verizon logo. Inside the package is a certificate that includes the communist government of China's seal. Even after you wash these masks there is an odd odor. They're extremely thick making it impossible to breathe. I decided to switch back to a medical disposal mask and was told I must wear the Chinese one. Hell no.

We need a union that is the only way to force them to change. The company does not value front line employees at all. They are making decisions regarding our lives sitting at home on the couch. They are scared to come in the store but want us to be there everyday. If it is so safe for us why is upper management and ops not coming into the store. Why are they still working from home .

But where do we go. We are stuck because of the pandemic. No one is hiring. VW is taking advantage while they still can and will change course after this is all over.

Verizon has an employee culture problem. Leadership is not transparent and surveys don’t enact change. Their plans are kept quiet until the last minute. I suggest you do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for employment. You will be happier that is a fact.
