How can this company sustain itself with the current “improvements” - apparently by adding more to everyone left and we are already stretched thin. Honestly I’ve never seen anything like it. Our poor customers. No wonder they’re abandoning ship.

Do not worry- the C-levels are realizing profit, too!
What they are doing doesn’t benefit the customers, it’s all about the profit for the investors
As they should!! The CEO thinks he is doing no wrong and everything they are doing benefits the customers but honestly he has no clue. I’ve never seen so many clients upset and the way we have treated them as we transition hasn’t been acceptable.
