The end is near and all the execs are executing their exit strategy. They have milked Hertz for all it has and now they will spin their efforts to join another company. Just look at the team of crooks Mark has they have all landed new roles and the history of destruction they left behind has been forgotten. Sad byt true.

Hopefully he did not get an added bonus especially since he will not stay on, imagine it gets scratched from the Judge reviewing the bogus Bonus order next week. Severance for employees caped at $13K, hope this applies to Execs too. Bankruptcy should void any golden parachute. The Retention Bonus should be the only BS parting gift these pricks get.

Was never really a contracted standard to use Prestige vehicles exactly, a-holes in corporate just think they are special. Back in the day, the most you saw offered was a premium or modest SUV like a Grand Marquis & Explorer. Since Markie-Mark everybody though they were 'Special' and deserved the best cars we had in our fleet like Mercedes, BMW, Infinity or Cadillac's. Why offer these to paying customers when we can lose so much more from our own employees and spouses driving the vehicles. You would have though our own HCM Risk analysis would have shown it too expensive just by measuring the $$$ loss from Mark's car crashes alone.

If it's in their contract as a salary, I don't see an issue.
It is not comparable to the disgusting behavior of asking extraordinary bonuses to keep the management.

93 million dollars worth of cars given employees and employee family members and friends of employees is why this company has no soul or cares for the people who actually did all the work to keep it upright.
