Does anyone know when MySchedule will start dropping the schedules every other Friday. This getting your schedule the Friday or Saturday before the new week leaves no time for family life. You cannot make plans because the schedule changes from day to day. You have to keep checking Insite constantly. Granted the business manager is clueless.

You must remember it’s not really your schedule!!!!!!!
Sales support gets a schedule the Friday before and we do not get unavailable days. We are expected to work 24/7. When you do need a day off you get treated like you are asking way to much.
Isn't or wasn't(?) there a Macy's Family First mantra? With schedule changing day to day, why don't you schedule your family life around your work schedule by telling your clueless manager "in advance" you need off on a certain day due to family ________. We all know when we applied in retail that you have to sacrifice most, if not all, of your holidays and weekends. I hope your manager does not call you clueless also behind your back.
