I keep hearing about the manager layoffs. What have you heard about it?

So if that's true they can hang out in the back at both locations and delegate everything to th SM's who in turn delegate that to the reps, while taking their lunch break at the earliest time possible while some reps have too wait till 4:30 or 5:00 o'clock for their lunch break because its only one rep at a time on break because of fewer reps in the store at this time! So now with the expanded hours if Verizon doesn't get these manager on the same page with the daily operating of the stores it may become an out of control situation if the store gets busy in the morning or evening!

The only sms that would get cut is if there is 3 in a location. They are backfilling a ton right now. Only “cuts” will come from store closures
With reduced headcount there are some stores with 1:1 ratio of rep to manager all the other stores are 1:2. No other retail store in the country has these types of ratios. It makes total sense to downsize SM’s and replace with key holder lead SS positions. Get rid of all this pointless manager bloat.
Not SMs. There are easily 50 open jobs up right now. Only GM cuts will be by stores being closed.
Telesales and customer service managers are being hired, so not there either
Obviously they won’t cut any sr leadership...so I don’t know where else they would make cuts
