I always predicted that Jurassic Park aka Macy’s has 1.5 years left. They may squeeze 6 months out of that mix . Dept stores are going the way of the dinosaur . Plus you don’t have a leader who even owns a computer. Toast I say ! Toast !

3-5 years? This boat might have 2 years at most - and that is being generous. Our sales are anemic, and getting worse by the week. But right across the lot of Dillard's, the place is packed.
