TD Securities is a joke. They violate and neglect compliance all the time. SEC will get their bu.. eventually.
The US business is the worst. Culture Is horrible. Heard real bad things about their Houston business and the harassing bankers there.

I know this is an old post but your statement came true on a million different levels. It’s like the bank not being compliant caught up with them.

Td's 4th quarter release was a positive note, with TD exceeding the quoted EPS significantly.
