Paternity Leave Requirement

My wife is going to be having a baby later this year. As an employee of WF am I only allowed to designate myself as primary caregiver if my wife goes back to work immediately? The 16 weeks is a nice benefit and I could use a sabbatical from this place, but I don't know how as a male I could actually take it. Why is only one person allowed to be caregiver? I am a coparent not a babysitter.

If your wife does not work at Wells then you can be the primary. Enjoy your time off!!!
