I'm a KH who got the call from HR about cutting back my hours from 50 to 45 last week. Signed the new agreement and emailed it back.
And yet several other KH's in my District heard NOTHING ?
What's up with that ?
Because BBB cut to many employees?

Why are customers waiting on hold now for over fours hours. The band is playing for this sinking ship. Lol I dropped my sax and jumped overboard

This company has NO idea what they are doing. I am still in disbelief that they are calling managers back that they had given severance packages to. This company is so dysfunctional it is pathetic. I would really like to know how this company can lay off thousands of people and then post they are hiring and get away with it. So glad I have moved on and happy in a new position .
I'm in the same boat as you. My SM has no idea. I'm going to call my HR contact person on Tuesday.
