Adopt a positive attitude??? Everyone is glad to be back at work. But we are stretched way too thin and we are all exhausted. Corporate doesn't care about the customer experience because if they did, all registers would be open, the store would be picked up. Right now the Kim Rogers shirt bunkers look like a tornado blew through. And no one has time to refold or pick up the clearance racks because by 5 pm,only one register is open. A handful of associates are in the store fielding angry side eyes from customers who cant find an open register. Even fulfillment is a joke. They want so many units picked but they know you cant find anything in clearance. Two associates picking isnt going to meet the daily quota. Its time Belk got straight with their employees about their financials so we can decide if it's worth staying or leaving.

This is hilarious. This shill is desperate to project an image that they are doing well, when all you have to do is walk inside a Belk store and see for yourself. These posts about stores thriving and other propaganda don't even sound right, they sound made up.
Your store may have inventory, but do you have the staffing to put it out on the sales floor? The store I work at has inventory but the same racks have been sitting on the dock for a month. Trucks keep arriving but no staffing to work it out to the sales floor.
You can make your Belk a better place by adopting a positive attitude. Try it.
