@myu+16T4OEOC in normal times, the facility in Mexico can't handle the capacity. Nor can it handle the inventory. Mismanaged is also relative. Compared to Downhole? Compared to Brandt? Compared to CAPs? Don’t think so.
That place has been run into the ground with inept leadership and even worse internal support for decades. They could have saved a lot of money and shut the place down 5-10 years ago and move the operations to Mexico. The quality is shoddy, they don't have IP anymore worth keeping, you can't hire quality people at a reasonable rate because it is in God-Forsaken-Navasota and no one is drilling. Why have the place at all?
