there are many places to trim fat before focusing on engineers. Mike Strambi has a lot to answer for about the number of people in finance and accounts for a small/medium company of our size. Since we are mainly an engineering company, the focus is always on us but beneath the radar you see considerable inefficiency in the form of abnormal headcount in support functions especially in a high cost location like US. Did you all notice this or is it only me who strangely thinks this way
