Exactly what title states. How does pay change when a leader moves back in to a different role?

I Don't expect them "eliminate" many more positions in order to avoid paying a severance. If they no longer want a position, they'll make the job/standards/responsibilities impossible. They'll either frustrate people into quitting or have management coach you out for not being able to maintain standards. Then will send out instruction to not rehire for specific position. Severance avoided.
A, B, and C doesn't exist anymore.
The change in wages depends on what tier you go to:
C is Leads, Receiving
B is TBC tech
A is Frontline, Mem Assist
C to B is 5%, B to A is 5%, C to A is 10%
This works the opposite way if you are getting promoted and already above the minimum
As for severance, the job would have to be eliminated entirely, if the job transitions (like Mem Support being absorbed to Frontline, unless they stayed at the door) then nothing would be offered. Severance is under very specific circumstances and honestly I don't forsee the Company having too many more of these.
They do not offer severance any more
I just went to fulfillment and lost 2.40 per hour
But
Well worth it
Home every day by 135pm
Yes they do offer a severance package when a position is eliminated. But I had to stay at Sam's for the insurance and rate of pay I was at.
When a position is eliminated, aren't they supposed to offer a severance package?
Yup 5% per each pay-grade you move down to.
I went from merchandise lead to floor merch. I lost 1.30 ..well worth it
When my lead position was eliminated and I went to clothing I lost $1 per hour plus $1 for dropping to floor associate.
