with a non existent union and fear for there job, the car department at WCT are nothing more than a bunch of beaten dogs. Weak, scared and stuck. But rest assured they still find the time to screw eachother out of overtime, backstab eachother, and there still the ones who tell the Managers everything. There all nothing more than little Jim Venas just on a very low level. HIGHBALL!!!!

I live in the mid west and I’ve been told that the Rail Road is a garbage job in California. Is this not true? I’m serious I thought where I live that this is a good job but not great anymore with all the wage theft and so forth.
OP, i would have to disagree with you. WCT is in 1st place when it comes to production. The Carmen there are thriving and have really stepped up there game, word from up top is that West Colton will become the first Mega Yard in the system. I wouldn't be surprised if they call back soon. North Platte aint got nothin on the WCT
West Colton is located in the armpit of California. Dirty, full of crime and homeless. Voted ugliest town in the U.S 2018.
