I love when prepaid customers come in and escalate over a service that’s not Verizon.
@1lon+16WaZ4wI Regardless of how it is run we will still see plenty of Tracphone customers coming in to ask for help because Verizon owns the company.
I still think it will be it’s own company and not part of retail so maybe not able to look it up. Many companies buy other companies and they are still independent companies
Vzw buys trac fone in order to soak up those customers to show "growth" to shareholders after a year of customers leaving at a higher rate than ever.
Get ready to face an onslaught of elderly customers at the retail stores. Prepaid pricing starts at 30.00 a month so apparently VZW will be back peddling to pay as you go plans to accommodate those trackies.
