My friend got laid off there after a long stint there....ACS is a toxic environment with favoritism and tribalism all over the place. Maybe its all of Oracle..if your director likes you are good, otherwise watch out. Great place for women managers though.

Why would ACS be different than other groups?
Oracle ACS is an all boys club forget it if you are a woman there for you will NEVER get a raise or promotion under those male id–ts! I wasted so much time making millions for that team! If you look it will not take you very long to get out and double or more your total earnings! Gary has no clue and PC, JK, CC, and all others are basically id–ts who made all their money over the years from 6 people. Me being one of those....gone now and valued by my all female management team and a raise, stock, bonus! Wish I left Oracle years ago! GO GET what you deserve! I did!
