I did just when u call don't hang up even when it says if u don't have access to internet just across like u don't and continue to hold. U will get a person also and my person was very helpful and nice.
No i've had all my interaction online. That being said uploading all the proper document and explaining the situation thoroughly and constantly updating them via the communications tab and my claim with through without a hitch.
It is a long wait because of this covid cr**! Put your phone on speaker and go about your business till someone answers! Be sure to pick the correct option when calling, as some extensions answer quicker than others. Or try their online services, which I found very confusing and not user friendly. Good luck and stay safe during these volatile times.
