There is no confidence on any level is this company. We watch as our co-workers get kicked out, the work then gets spread out among the remaining workers.....this includes sending to overseas. We that remain are not trusting anything that is done or said from above. Just keep plugging along until our number is called.

I hear what you’re saying about finding another job but when I got laid off in 2014 I knew it was Going to happen eventually and after 10 miserable years (they weren’t all miserable, just a few) by golly I want what’s owed to me. Make this company give you everything you’re entitled to. Why should I make the company happy by leaving voluntarily?
The big problem is that we are Zombies and we eat brains.....and there are none to be found here....
Seems to me a sad existence waiting around for someone to eliminate your role. Zombies working for a zombie company.
Why would I leave? I do just about nothing, come and go, 2 hour lunches, work at home, pay is O.K. based on what others are paying and I am waiting for a package. Don't quit, make them lay you off.

Depends on your location, skills, salary and age....not always easy.
Why don’t people on here find new jobs and move on? Plenty of carriers are growing their books and hiring. You don’t have to stay!
