Any knowledge of what’s happening end of quarter ?

I hope so. My overwhelming feeling about being RIF'ed would be relief. Not going to happen though. I heard that there are job openings in certain areas that are being filled with contracts and possibly externals.

@kxh+16ZBYABF ... my boss mentioned how he told the uppers that he was ‘willing to step down and take my job’ as he walked me out the door... doesn’t get more self serving than that!
Several people with less that a few years were let go past rounds. They have to keep an even distribution of age due to the lawsuit they lost decades ago.
Its already started. HR has the figures and leaders will have to fill in the names to meet those figures. Highly compensated people will be the top of the list so that you can save 2 or more low wage earners. When Q3 closes and a week goes by and then get prepared for those pink slips. This has happened so often for the last months that every employee walking along the corridors has a noose around the neck. I loathe at these so-called leaders that isn't doing anything to stand up to the ones above and preserving ones contribution after countless bollocks on people engagement and tea parties only to bury you later. Its despicable even with the uptick seen these past weeks with orders slowly creeping back into the shops. There is no vision nor foresight by these leaders other than to push the envelope.
Wish they would pull the trigger and get it over with. The waiting and wondering is the worst part. I am older, highly compensated, and feel the perfect target for their game. It is so agonizing. I want to be able to move on with my life, with or without HON.
Not yet... they first need to milk very penny out of you and Q3.... then pull the plug on people.
